Physical books ordered from this site

Paperback and hardcover copies ordered directly from this site are physical books fulfilled personally by the author using author copies of the print edition. They are not Amazon orders and do not carry Amazon shipping options or delivery guarantees.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide at checkout. Any timeframe mentioned anywhere on this site is an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date. Direct orders currently ship within the United States.

Cancellations, damaged or incorrect books, the 30-day return window for unsigned copies, signed-copy terms, and how refunds are issued are all set out in the returns and refunds policy.
